| 1. | In a saute pan, heat olive oil over medium heat | | 2. | Saute onion until translucent, about 3 minutes, over medium heat |  | 3. | Place ground turkey in a large mixing bowl |  | 4. | Combine sauteed onion with the turkey meat until just mixed. If you overmix, the burgers will be tough! |  | 5. | Add spices and mix until just combined |  | 6. | Form 2 small, flat patties for every whole burger you want to make and lay them out on a cutting board |  | 7. | Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of half of the patties |  | 8. | Cover each cheese-covered patty with a plain patty and pinch the edges of the patties together so that you cannot see the cheese | | 9. | Cover each cheese-covered patty with a plain patty and pinch the edges of the patties together so that you cannot see the cheese | | 10. | Serve with or without a bun.
