| 1. | In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, salt and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 6 minutes, stirring constantly. |  | 2. | In a large bowl, combine the chocolates, marshmallows and vanilla | | 3. | Pour hot sugar mixture over chocolate mixture and let sit for 3-5 minutes so that the chocolate can begin to melt. |  | 4. | Beat mixture until blended and totally smooth. |  | 5. | Pour mixture into a greased pan. |  | 6. | Decorate the top with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows if desired. |  | 7. | Refrigerate until firm and then cut into squares. | |  | | | | |
