Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Simple and delicious!


The ingredients you need:
1. 6-ounce package semisweet chocolate chips 
2. 4 ounces German’s sweet chocolate, broken into pieces 
3. 2 ½ cups mini marshmallows 
4. ½ tsp vanilla 
5. 2 cups sugar 
6. ½ tsp salt 
7. ¾ cup evaporated milk 
8. butter for greasing pan

The tools you need:
Medium saucepan 
8-inch square pan 
whisk 
rubber spatula 
large bowl

1.

In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, salt and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 6 minutes, stirring constantly.

In a large bowl, combine the chocolates, marshmallows and vanilla

Pour hot sugar mixture over chocolate mixture and let sit for 3-5 minutes so that the chocolate can begin to melt.

Beat mixture until blended and totally smooth.

5.

Pour mixture into a greased pan.

6.

Decorate the top with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows if desired.

7.

Refrigerate until firm and then cut into squares.
